The 60-Night Sleep Trial

You have 60 nights from the date of delivery to sleep on your pillow and decide if it's the right fit for you.

We recommend sleeping on your new pillow for a minimum of 14 nights. This gives your neck and spine ample time to adjust to the new level of support. A new pillow can feel different at first, and this adjustment period is crucial for experiencing the full benefits.

Returning Your Pillow

If after the initial adjustment period you are not completely satisfied, you may return the pillow within the 60-night window for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The return is initiated within 60 nights of the delivery date.
  • The pillow is clean and free of any stains or damage.
  • The pillow is returned with all of its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
